Returns and Exchanges

We fully stand behind our graphic print apparel and all other products that we offer, which is why we have put in place a 30 day return/exchange policy. If any of our graphic print apparel that you order should ever arrive damaged, have any print-quality issues, or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily offer you a refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange the item for you, completely hassle-free.

Excluding apparel with print quality issues and/or that has been damaged upon receipt, all graphic print apparel must be in re-sellable condition, having never been worn or laundered, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Apparel must also be free of any cigarette/body odors, pet hair, deodorant marks or any other stains/odors.

For all other non-apparel items to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same, new condition that you received it in. The item must also still be in it's unopened, original packaging and include all manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), as well as any other materials and packaging/tags that accompanied the product. This does not apply to returns initiated due to a defective product.

Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount issued.

Please submit a Return/Exchange Request, in order to begin the return process. Once we have received back all item(s) being returned, we will begin processing your refund or exchange. Please read this entire return/exchange policy for important information. If the item was purchased through our eBay store, Retronisce on Amazon, or any other third-party marketplace that Retronisce has a retail presence on, you will need to initiate the return request by following that marketplace’s established return procedures.

All items to be refunded/exchanged must be shipped back to us at the following address:

In certain cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

The following are non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and store credits, prepaid third-party gift cards and/or reloadable cards.

  • New and previously owned books, magazines, video game boxes/manuals sold separately, video game console boxes/manuals sold separately.

  • Any item that has been personalized or engraved, including any and all custom orders.

  • Any item marked "Clearance", "All sales final" and/or "As is" at the time of purchase.

  • Undergarments and swimwear.

  • Opened consumable items, including batteries.

  • Items returned to us in an unsanitary condition, have been damaged and/or are missing contents/parts not caused by an error on our part or a manufacturer defect, are not in a "like-new" condition, or the condition a refurbished item was in at the time of purchase.

  • Apparel with any stains/odors, that shows obvious signs of use and/or wear and tear, has been laundered, and/or is not in a re-sellable condition.

  • Items that are no longer within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items that show obvious signs of use and/or wear and tear.

  • Items not returned in their original, unopened packaging, excluding defective items.

  • All face masks/neck gaiters.

How to initiate a return/exchange request

Please submit a Return/Exchange Request, in order to begin the return process. Once we have received back all item(s) being returned, we will begin processing your refund or exchange. Please read this entire return/exchange policy for important information. If the item was purchased through our eBay store, Retronisce on Amazon, or any other third-party marketplace that Retronisce has a retail presence on, you will need to initiate the return request by following that marketplace’s established return procedures.

Please do not send any item(s) back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.

 

Refunds

Once we have confirmed receipt of and inspected the item(s) being returned, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Typically 2-4 business days, but never more than 14 days from the date we confirm receipt. We will notify you by email upon receipt of the returned item(s) and then again once we have completed processing your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with a few exceptions. If any amount from a gift card or store credit was applied towards the initial purchase of the item being returned, then that same amount will be credited back to you in the form of another gift card or store credit.

Depending upon your bank or financial institutions processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process and complete the refund, before the refunded amount is reflecting on your account. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the email from us confirming the completion of the refund request, please first contact your bank or credit card issuer in order to confirm that there is no delay on their end processing the return. 

If after confirming with your bank or credit card issuer that the return amount has in fact not been received and is not being delayed due to processing times on their end, please contact us at help@retronisce.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, "as-is" sales, and "final sale" items, cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not apply to defective merchandise, with the exception of "as-is" sale items where any item defects or damage were disclosed prior to purchase, including refurbished items.

 

Returns lacking proof of purchase

We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any items not originally purchased from retronisce.com.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please complete a Return/Exchange Request. We will respond within 48 hours with any further instructions, if any. Due to the nature of many of the items we sell, such as the refurbished video games sold through our eBay store, an exchange may not always be possible. In the event we cannot replace a defective item with the same item or something similar, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

 

Restocking fees

A restocking fee will be assessed for all returns NOT a result of a product or manufacturer defect or an order error on our part. This restocking fee is necessary in order to recoup the processing fee we are charged for every transaction, including all transactions that we refund back to customers, by our payment processors.

The following restocking fees may apply:

  • 4% restocking fee for graphic print apparel
  • 10% restocking fee for watches, sunglasses, jewelry/accessories and video game accessories

The restocking fee is calculated based upon the total paid for the item(s) at the time of purchase, including any sales tax. No restocking fee will be charged if the item is defective, damaged or is due to an error on our part. The restocking fee may be subject to sales tax in certain states.

 

Store credit

Store credit may be redeemed toward the purchase of any items sold on retronisce.com only. Store credits may not be redeemed for cash, applied to previous purchases, or applied toward the purchase price of any items sold on our eBay store, Retronisce on Amazon, or any other third party marketplace or social media outlet that Retronisce may have a retail presence on.
Store credits are valid for exactly one year from the issue date. The Company reserves the right to change this policy from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms. If any changes are made to our store credit policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site.

  

Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you by mail may vary.

 

If you are shipping a return item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor are we responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. We also reserve the right to update, change or replace our return/exchange policy at our discretion, by posting updates and changes to this website.
