Shipping Rates, Processing and Estimated Delivery Times For US & Canada

Graphic tees, face masks/neck gaiters, sweatshirts and other clothing items receive a flat shipping rate of $4.99 within the United States. 

Shipping costs for all other items within the United States are calculated on a "per order," "per item" basis and is based on the specific item(s) contained within an order and/or the item(s) weight. The final shipping cost for each order is calculated at the time of checkout. 

The shipping cost for graphic tees in Canada is calculated based on the total weight of the items contained within an order.

Free or Reduced Shipping

On occasion, we may offer free or reduced shipping for specific items, select item categories, or free or reduced shipping site-wide. Free standard shipping within the United States is always available for any order totaling $40 or more, calculated prior to any taxes and shipping fees being applied. See below for exclusions. This policy does not apply to our retro video games, or any other items sold through our ebay store or other third-party marketplace that Retronisce may have a retail presence on. Please refer to each specific ebay listing, in order to obtain estimated delivery times and shipping costs for those items.

Free Shipping Exclusions

  • Valid only on orders placed at retronisce.com.
  • Not valid on return shipments, special orders and prior purchases.
  • Limited to stock on hand and items available for backorder, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses only.
  • Oversize shipping charges for any heavy or large items will be applied. These oversize shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.

Expedited Shipping Options

All items are typically shipped via USPS First Class Package Service, FedEx Ground or Canada Post. FedEx Express shipping options may be available for select items. The cost for these services is calculated on a "per order," "per item" basis and is based on the specific item(s) contained within an order and/or the item(s) weight. In rare cases, we may ship some or all of your order through an expedited delivery service, due to logistical reasons. Should that occur, it will be done so at no additional cost to you, if standard shipping was the delivery method chosen at the time of checkout. 

Estimated Delivery Times

The majority of our graphic tee orders ship out within 48-72 business hours, but on occasion can take up to 7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. We work hard to ensure that all orders are received within the estimated delivery window, but we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date of your order due to factors outside of our control, such as weather related delays and supplier service interruptions. We are also not responsible for service delays affecting our third-party shipping partners. 

Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as all military addresses. When placing an order that is to be delivered to a military address, it's imperative that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, in order to ensure the item is routed through the military mail system properly.

  • Enter the recipient's first name and middle name or initial into the First Name field, and their last name in the Last Name field. Their rank is optional.
  • For APO addresses, both the PSC and BOX numbers must be in the Address field.
  • For FPO and DPO addresses, both the UNIT and BOX numbers must be in the Address field.
  • The City field must contain only APO, FPO, or DPO. Don't enter the name of the city.
  • United States must be selected in the Country/region field.
  • Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) must be selected in the State field.
  • Input the military ZIP code in the ZIP Code field. 

Shipment Confirmations and Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number through email, text message, and/or via the Shop App, depending upon which method(s) you selected at the time of checkout. You may receive more than one tracking number on orders containing multiple items, in the event we are unable to ship your entire order together. Once you have been provided with a tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update the current shipping status of the order. 

Returned Packages

Should your package be returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will process a refund back to the original method of payment used at checkout, minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free or discounted shipping at the time of purchase, then the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund total. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Retronisce is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Retronisce is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.   

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we are only able to provide shipping within the United States for all items sold store-wide. Additionally, shipping within Canada is available for our graphic tees.

Please note:

  • Business days don’t include weekends, however, Saturday deliveries may occasionally occur in select US ZIP codes. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your order, we will notify you through email and a refund in the amount of the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be processed back to the original form of payment presented at the time of checkout.
