FAQ’s About Orders and Deliveries Regarding the Covid-19 Virus:

1. Are orders and deliveries being delayed?

We are currently not experiencing any delays in processing and fulfilling orders for delivery. However, our shipping partners have expressed a likelihood that delivery times may take longer than normal. Please refer to the USPS website for any service disruptions that they may be experiencing.

Please refer to our Shipping Page for up-to-date shipping times. Additionally, many of our items will also have an up-to-date delivery time expectation within the item description, as well. 

2. Is it safe to receive orders?

3. What is Retronisce Gaming doing to protect its customers?

We are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize all retro video games prior to being shipped out to our customers.

We are also taking all necessary precautions when packaging orders for delivery, in order to make the process as safe and “touch-less” as possible, by wearing face masks and gloves whenever handling products.

Additionally, we are following all CDC recommended guidelines on cleaning and disinfecting.
