All orders shipping within the United States:

Receive free shipping within the US on your entire order when you spend $50 or more, some exclusions apply. Otherwise, all graphic tees receive a flat shipping rate of $4.99 within the United States and Puerto Rico.

All orders shipping within Canada:

The shipping cost for graphic tees in Canada is calculated based on the total weight of the items contained within an order. The final shipping cost for your entire order will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Every graphic has been meticulously designed just for Retronisce, which is why we fully stand behind all of the graphic apparel we offer.

If you ever receive any graphic print apparel from us with any print quality issues, has been damaged during shipping, or is not the item that you ordered, we will replace it for you, hassle-free! Just let us know about the problem within 30 days of the delivery date.

Yes, we do offer discounts and have sales. In addition to the various sales we have throughout the year, all of our insiders also receive personalized offers and exclusive discounts.

When you sign up to become an insider using your email address, you will receive 10% off of your first order with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted in most cases. The reason for this is because all orders are sent to our printers immediately upon being received, in order to begin the production process. Once that process has begun, we cannot make any changes or cancelations. If you need to change any order details, such as sizes, address information, etc., or need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Order changes and cancelations are extremely time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate your order change or cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee to be able to assist with your request once an order has begun processing.

We always do our best to accommodate any requested changes to an order, however, if we are unable to do so please be advised that cancellation may not be possible. This is due to the fact that our graphic t-shirts are custom-printed per order. This process allows us to keep our prices as low as possible by not having to warehouse a large inventory.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to make any changes to or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Additionally, the packages our products ship in do not qualify for mail forwarding. Be advised that we are not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages resulting from an incorrect or old address being provided at the time the order was placed.

Unfortunately, if you recently placed an order for an item that we are now running a sale on, we cannot issue a refund for the change in price. Future sales and promotions cannot be be applied to past orders.

Any coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout, as we are unable to apply a coupon code or promotion to an order once it has been submitted. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupon codes are only valid if within the expiration date. Certain coupon codes may require you to be logged into your customer account before the coupon code can be applied to your order at checkout.

If you cannot locate your order confirmation in your email inbox, please be sure to first check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team for assistance. In order to better assist you, please provide your name, email address provided at the time of checkout, and the type of payment method used (PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card, etc.).

Our tees are printed using Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. This industry standard printing process requires a liquid treatment application to be applied to the tee that has a slight odor. This treatment is what allows the graphic to permanently be affixed to the fibers of the tee. The odor is normal and will go away once the tee has been washed according to our care instructions.

All of our graphic tees are printed in the USA using the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method.
