What is QuadPay?

QuadPay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card, and QuadPay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers you to buy now, and then pay over time without having to pay any interest. 

Why would I use QuadPay?

By using QuadPay, you can pay over time, interest-free.  

Are there any fees?

Payments are automatic, however, QuadPay charges late fees in certain instances, such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds, or your credit card is no longer valid. In such instances, QuadPay will charge a $7 late fee after the first missed payment, plus an additional $7 fee billed 7 days thereafter, if the payment is still outstanding.

What information does QuadPay ask for?

QuadPay requires your date of birth, a US mobile phone number, and either a valid debit or credit card for sign up. Instead of having a traditional username and password to access your QuadPay account online, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number in order to send you a text message verification code, which is much more secure.

Is there a limit as to how much I can spend with QuadPay?

QuadPay does not approve every order, and considers a variety of factors when determining approvals and spending limits. If you are a repeat purchaser, and have made all your repayments on-time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new QuadPay customer.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up during the checkout process by simply selecting QuadPay as your payment method. For the initial sign up, QuadPay will just need your date of birth, a mobile phone number, and either a valid debit or credit card. You'll know if you are approved instantly.

Where can I track my orders paid for through QuadPay?

QuadPay has a customer portal where you can log in by entering just your mobile phone number, and have instant access to your past and current orders: https://customer.quadpay.com/login. You will also receive an email from Retronisce, once your order has been fulfilled, containing the tracking number for your order as well.

Will I be notified before I am charged for an installment?

QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

Can I pay the balance of my installments early?

Of course. Just log into the QuadPay customer portal and choose the order you wish to pay early: https://customer.quadpay.com/login.

When is my first payment due?

Your first payment of 25% of the purchase total is due upfront. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically every two weeks thereafter.

What if I experience issues with my payment method?

It’s important to notify QuadPay as soon as possible, in order to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date. Payments are automatic, however, QuadPay charges late fees in certain instances, such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid. What if I lose or want to change my card of payment for an existing order?

QuadPay associates a Payment Card with an Order when you first complete the checkout process for that Order. If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments for an Order, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given Order. This will cause all further installments for that Order to be billed against your new Payment Card. You will need to repeat this process for each Order you would like to migrate to a new Payment Card. If you would like to use a Payment Card not yet associated with your QuadPay account, follow these instructions to add that card to your account first:  

Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com/login 
 
- Go to the Orders Page 
- Click View Order for the order you would like to change
- Click Edit next to the payment card in the Order Details
- Click Use This Card next to the card you would like to use for future installments

How do returns, refunds and partial refunds work?

As soon as Quadpay is notified of the return, our customers are refunded the amount they’ve paid to-date, and QuadPay cancels all future payments. If you have not already paid all four installments, then we will apply a credit towards them. If the credit is more than your open installments, it may be split up - partially applied to your payment plan and partially refunded to your credit card associated with the order. If you have already paid all four installments, then we will refund your credit card associated with the order. Just like you pay in installments, we will refund you in that manner. So make sure you look through your credit card statement for 1-4 refunds from QuadPay.
