Every re-conditioned game that we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, in addition to our guarantee that every retro game we sell is completely authentic. We do not ever sell reproductions of any games, under any circumstances. Each re-conditioned game that we have to offer comes with our Retronisce Platinum Game-Reconditioning Guarantee (RPGRG). What this means, is that each game includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, an authenticity guarantee, and has undergone our 5-point video game inspection and refurbishment process.

Our 5-point video game inspection and refurbishment process includes the following:

• Careful inspection of the inside and outside of the game cartridge for damage and/or any cosmetic issues, and to determine the authenticity of the cartridge. For game discs, we examine both sides of the disc for any possible scratches that might hinder game play.
• Thorough inspection and cleaning of the game's circuit board, using our proprietary, non-abrasive cleaning agent, to remove years of built-up dirt that would otherwise interfere with the game cartridges playback ability. For disc games, we use a cleaning agent that will not scratch or harm the disc's surface.
• If applicable, we remove the cartridge's old game save battery and solder a new one on in it’s place, in order for you to be able to enjoy many more years of game playing to come. (Not applicable to disc-based console games)
• Thorough cleaning, inside and out, of the cartridge casing and if applicable, the box, manual, etc. For disc games, we thoroughly clean the disc itself, and the inside and out of the case, manual, etc., if applicable. For added safety, we also subject all items to UV sanitization as well.
• A final test of the game on its native console is conducted, in order to ensure the game’s functionality.
